Cancellation requests
Customers can request cancellation through HostKart support. Cancellation timing, renewal status, and service dependencies may affect whether the service stops immediately or at the end of the billing period.
Refund eligibility
Refund eligibility depends on the purchased service, usage, billing term, promotional conditions, abuse status, and third-party charges. Domain registrations, renewals, licenses, migration labor, and add-ons may be non-refundable.
Processing time
Approved refunds are processed after verification. Bank, payment gateway, or provider timelines can affect when the amount appears in the customer account.
Suspended or abused services
Services suspended or terminated for abuse, spam, malware, fraud, illegal activity, or policy violations may not qualify for refunds.
Backup responsibility
Before cancellation, customers should download required website files, databases, emails, and backups. Deleted services may not be recoverable after the retention window.
