Service usage

Customers must use HostKart services for lawful purposes only. Abuse, malware, spam, phishing, network attacks, copyright abuse, or activity that harms platform stability may lead to suspension or termination.

Account responsibility

Customers are responsible for keeping login credentials secure, maintaining accurate account details, and ensuring their website content, applications, emails, and backups comply with applicable laws.

Infrastructure and availability

HostKart aims to provide reliable hosting infrastructure, but uptime can be affected by maintenance, upstream providers, DNS propagation, third-party services, or customer-side configuration issues.

Billing and renewals

Plans, renewal dates, invoices, and service periods are shown during order placement or communicated by the HostKart team. Non-payment can result in suspension or removal after notice.

Support scope

Support covers HostKart-managed hosting, panel workflows, DNS guidance, SSL, backups, and migration help. Custom code, third-party plugin bugs, and external provider issues may require separate assistance.
