How migration works

Open Email Migration from an eligible Bpanel hosting account.
STEP 2
Connect source
Enter the old mailbox IMAP details and run the secure connection test.
STEP 3
Select email
Scan the mailbox, review its size, and select the folders to copy.
STEP 4
Track transfer
Start the migration and follow transferred, skipped, duplicate, and failed messages.
Migration safety
Authentication and hosting-package eligibility are checked by the backend.
Destination mailboxes are limited to the signed-in customer's hosting account.
Source messages remain in place and are never deleted by the migration.
Passwords, tokens, message subjects, and message content are excluded from reports.
Actual transferred bytes are tracked against the package allowance.
Credentials are automatically deleted after completion or the configured retention window.

This information page is public, but mailbox credentials and migration actions are available only after signing in to an eligible Bpanel hosting account.
Which email providers are supported?
The migration flow supports Gmail, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Zoho, Yahoo, cPanel, Plesk, DirectAdmin, and approved IMAP servers.
Does migration delete email from the old mailbox?
No. Migration copies selected email into the destination mailbox and does not delete source messages or change DNS records.
How much email can I migrate?
Eligible packages include a plan-based migration allowance. Usage is enforced using actual transferred bytes, and larger migrations can be arranged through support.
